Motivation.

As some people may already know it is really really hard to get out of bed in the mornings. But there is one thing that helps so much.

Thats...Motivation.

Motivation can be really hard to conquer. But with swimming my coach- Alan told me something really useful which has helped me so much to get up in the mornings.

Which was to produce posters or photographs of swimmers or athletes that have succeeded in their particular sport. Mine for example was..

 Michael is an inspiration to all swimmers and athletes he smashed Mark Spitz's all time record of 7 gold medals at one Olympics by getting 8 gold medals at Beijing.

I made a massive poster so that every morning when I wake up I look up at Michael and think that's how I want to be. This encourages me to get up and train hard all the time.

My first post- the daily routine.
